AkitaLabs.ai was founded on a simple belief: businesses shouldn't have to rent their intelligence. We help companies of every size build, deploy, and manage AI on infrastructure they own outright.
We watched businesses — from five-person startups to national enterprises — pile up subscriptions to AI tools they didn't control. Every price hike, feature removal, or policy change from a vendor put their operations at risk.
AkitaLabs.ai was built to flip that model. We set up the infrastructure, build the agents, and hand over a platform your team fully owns — with every major LLM available underneath it, so you're never dependent on a single provider again.
Today, we work with businesses across logistics, healthcare, retail, and professional services to build AI platforms that outlast any single tool or trend.
In 1924, a Tokyo professor named Hidesaburō Ueno adopted an Akita puppy and named him Hachikō. Every morning the two walked together to Shibuya Station, and every evening Hachikō returned alone to that same spot to greet his owner's train home.
In May 1925, Ueno collapsed at work and never came home. Hachikō didn't know that. For nearly ten years afterward, he returned to Shibuya Station at the same hour, every single day — through rain, through winters, through a decade of strangers passing by — waiting for someone who was never coming back. His devotion became so well known that a bronze statue of him was raised at the station in 1934, while he was still alive to sit beside it.
We named this company for that dog because his story is the truest definition of loyalty we know: showing up, without fail, for the people counting on you — whether or not anyone is watching. That's the standard we build to. We don't disappear after launch and we don't wait for a support ticket. Hachikō is the reason loyalty isn't a value on a slide for us; it's the foundation everything else is built on.
Your AI platform should be an asset on your books, not a recurring risk on someone else's roadmap.
No LLM provider is right for everything. We build platforms that stay flexible as models — and your needs — evolve.
No black boxes. Every agent, cost, and decision is visible and controllable from your own console.
From a solo founder's first agent to an enterprise's entire AI operation — the same principles, scaled to fit.
We build agents for real workflows with measurable outcomes — not demos designed to impress and never ship.
We stay engaged after launch — monitoring, supporting, and growing your platform as your business changes.
We embed with your team through setup, launch, and beyond — so the platform genuinely becomes yours to run.
"Our job succeeds the moment your team no longer needs us to run day-to-day — because you own the platform, understand it, and can grow it on your own terms. That's the outcome we build toward with every client, every time."
Wherever you are in your AI journey, we'll meet you there.
